By default, all orders come as a high res JPG file, emailed to you within 1 week of your order, which you are free to print for your personal use (strictly personal use means you cannot sell any items made with your portrait or use it for advertising, branding, etc - it can, of course, be given as a gift). Alternatively, we can print and ship your order to you in several formats that you can choose from below. Please note that any other items in your order will only ship once your patchwork has been completed and printed.
